EXT. NEW YORK - TWO DAYS LATER - AFTERNOON
STRINGER, MORRIS and ROCCO arrive in New York.
INT. MANHATTAN - COLONEL HACKMAN'S OFFICE - AFTERNOON
The RECEPTIONIST walks them into COLONEL HACKMAN'S office. They shake hands and they sit around 's desk.
COLONEL HACKMAN
This is a MUSSAD action code named OPERATION SPHINX. The IRANIANS have been secretly receiving nuclear component.
You will receive further orders from me. Check your cell phone for further instructions.
STRINGER
Have any idea what MUSSAD wants us to do?

All I can tell you now is we've been watching this French company's been constructing a reactor. Right now the cores are on their way to MARSEILLES HARBOR

What's the final destination

IRAN by way of SYRIA. This is the last piece of their nuclear weapon puzzle. If they succeed, Israel is history.
EXT. MARSEILLES HARBOR - EVENING
We see a four door pickup truck towing a small fishing boat on a private road one mile from MARSEILLES HARBOR. On closer look STRINGER is driving, MORRIS and ROCCO are passengers.
Scuba gear is hidden under a tarp and a package of explosives designed for underwater demolition is covered in a duffel bag. They arrive on a back road to a private beach.
The boat is launched, the three men under cover of darkness motor out close enough to the HARBOR so they can be undetected.
MORRIS slips on his wet suit, diving equipment,
Attaches a pack to his belt holding the explosives and swims underwater to the target.
EXT. MARSEILLE HARBOR - NOON
Tractors moving containers onto trucks, large cranes are moving containers on and off ships anchored in the harbor Morris approaches the heavily guarded barge with the shipment of nuclear material destined for Iran.
GUARDS inside a small construction trailer parked along side the barge are monitoring underwater TV security cameras. MORRIS approaches the barge from underwater.
We see TWO GUARDS smoking cigarettes, walking back and forth the length of the barge.
INT. WATER - UNDERNEATH BARGE - EVENING
MORRIS spots underwater surveillance equipment underneath the barge. MORRIS moves with the cameras and avoids detection. As MORRIS approaches, in the distance, MORRIS sees the shadow of a GUARD in scuba gear with a spear gun.
MORRIS methodically plants the explosives, the underwater guard spots MORRIS, shoots, misses, confused, the GUARD loads another spear, MORRIS appears behind the guard, and grabs the guards arms, turns the spear gun back onto the GUARD, pulls the trigger. The spear enters the GUARDS abdomen and the spear arrow appears sticking out of the back of the guard.
MORRIS then finishes planting the plastic underwater explosives then swims back to the waiting fishing boat.
AN HOUR LATER
EXT. MARSEILLES HARBOR - EVENING
We see MORRIS board the waiting fishing boat, STRINGER dials his disposable cell phone ignites the explosives, explosions in Marseilles Harbor.
We see the trio drive down the road with explosions in the background.
The next day the newspaper, LE OPINION, Front Page Headline, "Terrorists Explode Iranian Barge in Marseilles Harbor.
