EXT. NEW YORK - HARBOR - AFTERNOON
Stringer enters the SAMMY’S slum hotel.
STRINGER
You are a welcome sight, Mate.
SAMMY
Got a room for you on the third
floor.
He flips Stringer the keys.
SAMMY (CONT’D)
I'll tell Colonel Hackman you're
here.
EXT. MANHATTAN - BOLIVIAN EMBASSY - AFTERNOON
BOLIVIAN PRESIDENT
We have to clean up this mess.
BOLIVIAN CHIEF OF STAFF
We know that Stringer has partners,
They will protect him.
BOLIVIAN PRESIDENT
If this get's back to our people,
we are finished. Do you know where
Stringer is right now?
BOLIVIAN CHIEF OF STAFF
We are checking all of the Secret
Service communications and should
know soon.
BOLIVIAN PRESIDENT
Don't come back unless you have
finished the job.
THE CHIEF OF STAFF nods approval and leaves the PRESIDENTS office.
Stringer, Morris and Rocco are having lunch at LOMBARDO’S. Stringer checks his cell phone, It’s a message from Sammy.
CELL PHONE MESSAGE
"I have a package for you."
STRINGER
Let's move it.
Stringer throws money down on the table, and they leave LOMBARDO'S. Stringer, Morris and Rocco are outside of LOMBARDO'S. The VALET drives up in their rent-a-car. They tip and get in Stringer drives.
ROCCO
Tell me the plan.
MORRIS
The plan? I got no plan, Colonel
Hackman is working on a plan.
The Colonel’s working with the
State Department they’re trying to
get Stringer immunity. Scotland
Yard is not cooperating.
ROCCO
Behind us, I think we have
visitors.
STRINGER
This should be interesting.
Stringer sets the car in motion. Moving slow to fast.
A BLACK VAN has made a U-turn behind Stringer’s car. Stringer turns right into an alley. Stringer gets the car turned around. The VAN moves fast. Six Hitmen ready their weapons. The DRIVER’s loses Stringer. As the Van drives past the alley, Stringer floors his vehicle and clips the back of the Van, spins it around into oncoming traffic.
Stringer backs into the alley away from surveillance cameras. Stringer, Morris and Rocco jump out of the rental car. The Vans doors s open, three armed men begin shooting at Stringer, Morris and Rocco. The van is now moving again headed at Stringer, Morris and Rocco. Rocco shoots at the windshield then the front tires. The tire explodes and the Van suddenly veers left and slams into a parked car then hits the curb smashing into a street vendors display.
A NEW YORK CITY BUS makes a left turn off of a busy side street and is traveling toward the scene, Stringer and Rocco take cover hiding along the side of the bus.
The BOLIVIAN Hitmen look for Stringer, Morris and Rocco. The bus has stopped. The Hitman are cautiously moving around the bus, one Hitman is now moving around to the back, the passengers are peering out the windows in horror. Rocco is crouched looking under the bus tying to pick off two Hitman. Stringer looks back at Rocco, Rocco signals that one of the Hitman is now at the back of the bus, Stringer sees movement behind the bus, shoots. One hitman dead.
Rocco, takes dead aim at the two hitmen from under the bus. Rocco shoots for their legs, misses, the ricochet off the pavement hits one of the Hitman’s legs. He keels over in pain, Rocco gets a clean shot at the other Hitman’s foot, a direct hit. The Hitman screams in pain both are side by side moaning in agony. They limp as the try to circle to the front of the bus, Stringer waiting, takes dead aim. Both hitmen dead.
Stringer, Morris and Rocco sprint back to the alley where their car is hidden. Back up turn the car an exit on a back street and speed away.
INT. BOLIVIAN EMBASSY NEW YORK - AFTERNOON
The BOLIVIAN PRESIDENTS secretary rushes into the PRESIDENTS office.
SECRETARY
You have to see this, Mr.
President.
PRESIDENT
The secretary turns on the TV set.
FOX NEWS
"Witnesses are reporting a gangland
shooting on the corner of 15TH and
Broadway. From what we understand,
more than 6 men jumped out of a van
and began shooting wildly. As you
can see the van has rested on the
sidewalk after smashing into
several cars. It appears this was
an assassination attempt. We are
still trying to dig up more
information. What we know is six
men are dead, and police have
cordoned off the area. Traffic is
at a standstill.

from Downtown Manhattan.
Morris and Rocco, drop Stringer off in front of SAMMY’S Harbor front hotel. The rental is left on the street.
